I have listed a new property at 517 Henry ST in Estevan.
Who doesn't like a DEAL? This bungalow, located within walking distance of BOTH Spruce Ridge and Estevan Comprehensive High Schools is definitely one to consider. Some updates include: Most windows, 4 Piece bathroom on main floor, Laminate Flooring on main, New Kitchen cabinets, (Full appliance package included). The Living Room is spacious as well as the master bedroom (Note that second bedroom on Main has been renovated to a very large Entry-way BUT it can easily been changed back). The lower level has 2 more bedrooms that are close to completion as well as a Laundry/Utility room (washer and dryer included) with Loads of storage space. The back yard is completely fenced in so if you have pets, most will be safely secure. Call today for a viewing.
